Some of the best parts of graduation can be reserved for those who are arranging the graduation party. They do have a lot to do and it can be quite stressful at times. However they organisers get to deliver a great party which everyone will love and also send guests home with great graduation favors. For those of us who do love shopping it can be great fun to shop for gifts and party favors. I can see an image in my mind of the smile on the face of each guest as they open up their favour bag and see their gifts. This is particularly true of times where I have managed to find favors that really do mean something to the guests. It is fun to buy favors and can be almost as good as buying great gifts.

 For me the purpose of favors is to give my guests a special and fun reminder of a great party and occasion. graduation favors When I buy the favors I am doing my best to make sure they suit the occasion. For a graduation I would like my guests to remember the party for some time to come. At the same time I will try and find fun favors which suit the party theme.

 I am not exactly scientific in my buying methods. However I do try and suit each guest in some way. That usually come down to thinking about general groupings like the guests ages and what they might like. The ideas for kindergarten kids and the grandparents will clearly be different.

 One thing that can be brilliant to do is make the favors or at least decorate them yourself.  You can give them a truly personalised touch and enjoy making them. You can take a simple photograph of the graduate and a photo frame. You can decorate the frame with stickers, personal messages and your own artwork. Your guests can take home a highly personal graduation favour. You could also buy t-shirts, baseball caps and hats. They can be decorated with photos, buttons, stickers and personal messages. All of the decorations could be about the graduate or graduation.  I also like to give cupcakes. The cupcakes could be graduation cap style cupcakes. My favorite is chocolate flavour but you can make just about any flavour you think the guest will love.  That could be strawberry, lemon, vanilla or orange for example.

 There are of course lots of other graduation favors you can give. They could be fun filled glow sticks, buttons, coloring in books or personalised pens for example. They will be very well received by your guests who will treasure the favors for a long time to come.
